The Lebanon Public Libraries, its architects, designers, and consultants, will be fully engaged in using and adhering to the tenets of The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™ in creating a new library that will perform measurably better and which will have a much lower environmental impact, in terms of its construction and in its day-to-day and year-to-year operation.
